Greetings! Thank you for stopping by to learn more about me and Eternal Light Healing. My passions are mindfulness, self-improvement, healing, healthy eating/living and energy work/Reiki and yoga. I strive to extend the process of healing not only to individuals but to all living beings, the earth, the universe, our ancestors and to our future generations. I firmly believe in the responsibility we have to evolve ourselves spiritually, emotionally and physically so that we may pass on all the wondrous gifts we have received from our ancestors while also healing the wounds we received so that our future generations will be able to manifest their highest good and their highest potential. I also know from personal experience that in order to move beyond “just getting by” in life and progress towards enlightenment. discover and follow our life path or experience deep healing, we must do a lot of work on our own. This personal work can be facilitated through and supported by the guidance of beautiful modalities such as Reiki, Yoga and Meditation.
Everything that I incorporate into my practice is deeply rooted in my own personal journey of self healing. I guide others on a personal healing journey through Reiki, yoga, silent meditation, guided meditation, affirmations, gentle movement and mindfulness. I believe that a journey towards healing is vastly different for each person and it may be more physical for one person or more spiritual or emotional for another. I am a Reiki Master, Certified Yoga Instructor and have years of experience meditating and studying mediation techniques. I am also very well versed in different styles of dance, healthy eating, yoga, mindfulness and meditation through my own personal studies and am able to incorporate my knowledge of these into sessions.
